| Angela is responsible for the day to day fiscal and physical company operation, including establishing the company’s short, medium and long range goals. To be hands-on, Ms. Dixson has also taken on the responsibility of all accounting and job scheduling functions, including receivables; coordinating of annual OSHA 1910.66 Appendix C and ANSI (ANSI IWCA I-14.1-2001 Window Cleaning Safety Standard) roof anchor inspections and cyclical job work scope scheduling. Ms. Dixson insists that in order to operate the business, she will always be on the “front lines’. She has implemented numerous successful customer and job systems controls that have resulted in a flawless internal structure for job scheduling and job follow-up. Angela consults with customers to comply with their budgetary needs, including structuring work to be performed as either operating expense or capital improvements, to conform to the customer’s fiscal objectives. | |

 | Alberto Hoyos Executive Vice President, Physical Operations | |
| Mr. Hoyos has been in the window cleaning and post construction cleanup business for over 25 years. He came to Extra Clean from owning his own business. Mr. Hoyos’ specialty is job control; labor production, estimating and personnel motivation. Mr. Hoyos focuses on the physical aspects of the business. Mr. Hoyos’ background afforded ECI an additional dimension when it came to staffing of the manager; supervisory and crew-member positions. ECI’s office support staff as well as the field Manager’s and Supervisor’s positions have bi-lingual capabilities thanks to Mr. Hoyos’ balancing structure of the business. Mr. Hoyos’ expertise also encompasses quality control and jobsite safety in the performance of all high-rise specialty maintenance and restoration. | |

 | Stanley Gitelson Chairman of the Board | |
| Mr. Gitelson is the founder of Extra Clean, and he is primarily responsible for the overview of the current and future fiscal operation of the company. Mr. Gitelson enjoyed a successful career in the property management industry for over 25 years. He is a CPM, past President of the Institute of Real Estate Management Washington, D.C. Chapter 8, and is the recipient of the prestigious Property Manager of the Year award. Mr. Gitelson recently received the lifetime Emeritus Award from IREM. His skills and knowledge of the property management industry has provided him with the impetus to put Extra Clean on a solid fiscal foundation, and his understanding of the property management industry has provided our property and facilities management customers with the necessary confidence in a service company. Extra Clean has enjoyed major growth year after year. | |

 | Mark Wallace Gitelson Senior Vice President, Marketing | |
| Mark has been with Extra Clean since 1998 . His responsibilities include developing new accounts, converting single contract jobs into ongoing cyclical work, and he structures post-construction cleaning RFP responses, establishes marketing strategies, and provides consultant services to existing and future customers. Mark’s marketing ability has catapulted Extra Clean’s new business projections beyond all established benchmarks. | |

 | Duncan Lambeth Dixson Director of Business Development | |
| Duncan is responsible for Extra Clean’s window cleaning division new business, where he provides sales and account management duties to thousands of businesses and homes in the Mid-Atlantic region. Since joining Extra Clean in 2008, Duncan has managed sales on both the commercial and residential sides for window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior building maintenance, and specialty cleaning projects. Prior to joining Extra Clean, Duncan worked in sales for Software-As-A Service (SAAS) company, including Vocus, HyperOffice, WeatherBug, GXS, and BlackBoard. Duncan earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Hartford. | |

| David oversees the daily operations of the commercial division field personnel. He coordinates the scheduling of all cleaning crews, usually 1 week in advance, by contacting the job site personnel. He assists customers regarding service requests and will make decisions as to the availability of team members to make sure your job is Extra Clean! He communicates with the Executive Vice President, Physical Operations throughout the day for job status updates and all related operational issues. David has been employed by Extra Clean for over 10 years and has an extensive knowledge of all applicable OSHA Regulations including OSHA Regulation Part 1910.6 as well as the ANSI IWCA I-14.1-2001 Window Cleaning Safety Standard. | |

 | Luis Sanjurjo Lead Production Estimator and Safety Manager | |
| Luis’ area of expertise lies in his knowledge of job safety and he acts as the company’s pivotal point between the service center and the field division Managers and Supervisors. He provides recommendations to customers concerning the best solution relative to achieving customer’s aesthetic building objectives and maintenance solutions, for the most competitive price, e.g. glass restoration, caulking, power washing, metal enhancement, precast/facade restoration and sealing, etc., observed from his cyclical visits to all job sites. Luis, as our Safety Manager, brings to the company an elevated level and awareness of jobsite safety performance for all field personnel. Luis is one of the company’s “competent persons”, as defined by OSHA. | |

 | Efrain Martinez Manager of Commercial Window and Specialty Cleaning Division | |
| Efrain has been employed by Extra Clean for over 10 years. He has an extensive working knowledge of all applicable OSHA Regulations including OSHA Regulation Part 1910.66, including Appendix C, as well as the ANSI IWCA I-14.1-2001 Window Cleaning Safety Standard (originated 10/25/-2001) and has up-to-date info on the pending new OSHA Regulations for high-rise window cleaning. Efrain is a central part of the company’s ongoing safety program, and he is also one of the company’s “competent persons” as defined by OSHA. | |

 | Pedro Reyes Manager of the Post Construction Cleaning Division | |
| Pedro has been a solid part of the Extra Clean management team since 1997. Pedro is responsible for the management, production, and safety of over 150 Supervisors and crew-members. Because Extra Clean does not subcontract its work, Pedro coordinates staffing, as well as new employee safety and product usage training, including job indoctrination and orientation classes in the corporate location classroom and job-sites. | |

| Julio joined Extra Clean in 2001 and manages the residential cleaning crews that service Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC. Since Julio joined Extra Clean, his quality conscience approach to each job has succeed in increasing the companies repeat business tenfold. | |
